Non Profit OrganizationsOrganizations and Non-Profit Groups have a unique role to play in society and are often managed by volunteers and underfunded by government. Overcoming the challenges inherent in trying to accomplish meaningful change with very little budget requires strategic planning skills and administrative innovation. Four Directions Management Services has a wealth of experience in developing management strategies and goals to help organzations run more efficiently. Skills in fundraising activities and communications strategies are also useful for drawing attention to the work of an organization and its mandate.
