We strive to achieve three (03) primary goals:1) To Establish a Collaborative Relationship A collaborative relationship promises maximum use of people’s resources. It also spreads the responsibility for success or failure and implementation. 2) To Solve Problems So They Stay Solved It is possible to act in a way that only the immediate problem gets solved. Knowledge transfer is critical to ensure clients become adept at problems solving and thus become more competent. 3) To Ensure Attention Is Given To Both The Technical Business Problem And The Relationships Each situation has two (02) elements: the technical business problem that has to be resolved and the way people are interacting around the problem. How We Do It (the Process)Our process is interactive drawing upon the strength and experience of our clients in the design and delivery of interventions adapted to meet their needs. We draw upon current management techniques and blend these with our traditional teachings to create an approach that pays respect to our history while recognizing we operate in a modern world.
